Sparkling wine made from the Moscatel Morisco variety and made with the most modern techniques, with utter respect for the variety. The Moscatel morisco grape comes from our Mollina vineyards, which are located on the extensive plateau 500 meters in altitude in the Northern region of Malaga. It has a continental climate with an average annual rainfall of 500 litres. These small-seeded grapes are of extraordinary quality, and they’re harvested at the optimal moment of ripeness where an elegant balance between sugars and acidity converge, as well as an optimal polyphenolic potential that will give it that intense aromatic character. The harvest is done by hand in boxes. The grapes are processed quickly to avoid any kind of deterioration. Any unsuitable grapes are separated out, whether due to ripeness or poor sanitary conditions. It is destemmed, macerated, and pressed to produce flower must only from the highest-quality grapes.

TASTING

A sparkling wine with a bright appearance and straw tones, with a fine, persistent bubble. Intense in the nose, with many nuances: stone fruit, white flowers, citrus and tropical notes. In the mouth, the bubble is elegant, providing width and a long aftertaste. Fresh and light with a soft sweetness and a finish where stone fruit and white flowers appear once again at high intensity.

Perfect as an aperitif or served with desserts. Consume between 4ºC and 6ºC.
