Based on the Syrah variety. After careful destemming and crushing, it is macerated for 12 hours at a low temperature (8-10ºC). Once the necessary colour and scents have been extracted, it is cold-pressed and statically racked. Once the must is clean, it is fermented at a low temperature, a process that lasts about 15 days. Once the wine is obtained, it is aged under the lees for several weeks, producing a wine that’s fresh and intense in sensations.

Pale wine with light, attractive yellow tones with greenish iridescence. A very clean nose with medium-high aromatic intensity. Very fruity with tropical, fresh, honeyed notes, accompanied with floral notes and an herbaceous background, which gives the wine’s nose a touch of greenery. In the mouth, this wine has a very balanced acidity that gives it a good freshness.
Great with fish, seafood, white meat, and rice dishes.
