Based on the Syrah variety. After careful destemming and crushing, it is macerated for 12 hours at a low temperature (8-10ºC). Once the necessary colour and scents have been extracted, it is cold-pressed and statically racked. Once the must is clean, it is fermented at a low temperature, a process that lasts about 15 days. Once the wine is obtained, it is aged under the lees for several weeks, producing a wine that’s fresh and intense in sensations.

Soft strawberry pink colour with violet shades of youth in the rim. Clean, shiny appearance. Medium-high intensity in the nose and high purity. Scents of sweet red berries with a preponderance of raspberry and redcurrant, with hints of wild, aromatic notes. Aromatic and very fruity. Well done. Really nice. In the mouth, it proves to be very round and balanced.
It pairs quite well with fish, seafood, and rice dishes.
