Harvested by hand during the first week of August. Fermentation in a stainless steel tank for 21 days with controlled temperatures. Once the malolactic fermentation is done, the wine is transferred to oak barrels.

Cherry colour, violet rim, and an intense robe. Scent of red berries, currants, and leafy notes that are highly shaped by the variety. In the mouth, there are soft, elegant hints of plum and mint, light acidity.
It goes well with pasta and pizzas, soft cheeses that are not very strong, and white meats. It could be paired with salmon as desired.
