WEB ACCESSIBILITY (WCAG)

At Bodegas Carpe Diem, we understand digital accessibility as a fundamental commitment to all people. Our goal is for every user, regardless of their abilities or limitations, to be able to browse, understand, and interact with our website in a simple, comfortable, and effective way.

To achieve this, we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), a set of international standards developed by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines define how content should be designed and implemented to ensure it is also accessible to people with visual, auditory, cognitive, or motor disabilities.

The most recent version, WCAG 2.2, published in October 2023, expands on the previous criteria with new measures that especially improve usability for people with visual impairments, fine motor difficulties, or cognitive challenges. In addition, these guidelines serve as the reference in Spanish and European legislation on digital accessibility, further reinforcing our commitment to regulatory compliance and inclusion.

Ultimately, web accessibility is not only a legal requirement but also a demonstration of our commitment to equal opportunities, innovation, and social responsibility.
