Wines of Málaga, from the vineyards of Mollina to your table

Bodegas Carpe Diem is the winery of SCAAVO, the Virgen de la Oliva farming cooperative, founded by 14 growers from Mollina in 1977. Today we are close to 1,200 members who tend their vineyards 500 metres above sea level, in the north of the province of Málaga, and pick the grapes by hand when they are just right.

Since 1993 we have bottled our own wines under two designations of origin: D.O.P. Málaga, for natural sweet and fortified wines, and D.O.P. Sierras de Málaga, for whites, rosés and reds. In our Bodega Sacristía we keep soleras with more than 200 years of history, the source of our two-hundred-year-old Trasañejo.
