Description
Wine with the Pedro Ximénez variety made from flower must, with natural decantation at a low temperature and fermented with temperature control in stainless steel tanks. The ageing process is carried out at our ageing cellar in Malaga in 550-litre American oak barrels for 3 years (this is the time stipulated by CRDO Malaga regulations; our winery actually does this for longer).

TASTING
Dark-coloured sweet wine with an iodised meniscus and pink in appearance. Scents of coffee, cocoa, candied fruit, and citrus. It has significant varietal weight and deep hints of raisins. Complex and intense. Silky and not at all oversweet. The aftertaste is long and very pleasant.
PAIRING
Perfect as a dessert wine; it pairs with migas, cheeses, citrus fruits, and compotes like quince jelly.
