TASTING
In appearance, it is a wine with a mahogany color and iodized edges. Clean and bright. Very dense tears with a very slow drop. On the nose, it has good aromatic intensity. Powerful and attractive, with toasted notes and hints of caramel and coffee liqueur. On the palate, it is sweet, full-bodied, and unctuous, with hints of caramel and toasted flavors over a background of raisin. Very persistent finish.
PAIRING
Highly suitable as a dessert wine, it pairs well with crumbs, cheeses, citrus fruits, and compotes, such as quince paste.
