Choice grape, varietally separated. Lairen (70%) and Moscatel (30%). Cold maceration for 12-18 hours. Only flower must that is extracted at low pressures and racked by cold decantation is used. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with a controlled temperature of around 10-12ºC. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, it is kept with its lees in suspension for 3 months to get a wine with more fat and volume in the mouth.
