TASTING
Intense cherry colour with a purple rim. Vivid tones. Bright appearance and good alcoholic legs. A blend of wood and fruit in the nose; vanilla scents predominate, along with notes of fresh red and dark berries. It feels full in the mouth, exhibiting a smooth, velvety tannin. A lot of fruity sensation, with balanced acidity. Light leafy sensations in the mouth.

Ideal with pates, red meats, and game.
